Preparation method of fluororesin emulsion impregnating agent and preparation method of coated fabric

The method for preparing a fluororesin emulsion impregnating agent, which features the following steps:

① Pre-preparation of mixture A, including components fluororesin, coupling agent, water-based silicone latex, FA-series fluorinated surfactant and water;

② Pre-preparation B mixture includes components silicone surfactant, silane coupling agent, and water;

③ To prepare the impregnating agent, mix A mixture, B mixture, acidic pH adjuster, and alkaline viscosity adjuster until evenly mixed. Until there is no sinking or condensation, the impregnating agent is obtained. The invention also discloses a preparation method of coated fabric cloth. Compared with the existing technology, the advantage of the present invention is that the obtained fluororesin coating base is used to prepare baking mats, baking pans, and baking baskets, and has long-term heat resistance up to +260°C without deformation, shrinkage, or oil staining. It has the advantages of corrosion resistance, light weight, smooth surface, self-cleaning, and high temperature and flame retardant.

1. A method for preparing fluororesin emulsion impregnating agent, which is characterized by including the following steps:

① Pre-prepared mixture A, according to the following components and weight ratio:
Fluorine resin     51.9%~59.1%;
Coupling agent    0.5%~5%;
0.5% to 7% of water-based silicone latex with a pH value of 4 to 6. The water-based silicone latex is Jiangsu HA-920 or one of the Magnasoft series XE-175, JSS, and 707 of the American GE Company;
FA-series fluorinated surfactants  0.5% to 3.5%;
The rest is water,
Mix and stir the above A mixture components evenly until there is no settling or condensation, and then set aside;

②Pre-prepared B mixture, according to the following components and weight ratio:
Silicone surfactant   3% ~ 15%;
A silane coupling agent   3%~10%;
The rest is water,
Mix and stir the above B mixture components evenly until there is no sinking phenomenon, and then set aside;

③ Prepare the impregnating agent according to the following components and weight ratio:
A mixture     84.5%~97.3%;
B mixture     1.2%~10.5%;
Acid pH adjuster     0.5%~3.5%;
Alkaline viscosity adjuster     0.5%~3.5%,
Mix and stir the above-mentioned impregnating agent components evenly until there is no sedimentation or condensation, and the impregnating agent is obtained.
